Ms Scaffidi has accepted our invitation from Executive Council and members of our Association to be a Patron.
Apart from honouring our Association by her acceptance she will be the first
lady to be appointed as a Patron of the Australian American Association,
W.A.Division.
Her Worship was an active participant in our Battle of the Coral Sea wreath
laying commemorations at the State War Memorial and paid compliments
to our good at the Civic Reception at Council House afterwards.

Commodore Submarine Force and Senior Naval Officer Western Australia
Commodore Steve Davies is the Commodore, Submarine Force, responsible for delivery of Australia’s submarine capability.
The majority of his career has been spent in seagoing appointments in the submarine Force Element Group, including command of the submarines HMAS COLLINS (1996-1998) and HMAS DECHAINEUX (2000-2003).
